How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Good morning and happy Wednesday!

Here it’s workout Wednesday and I’ve gotten my miles in already this morning. The rain has paused so I got my miles in at the lake by my house. I will always choose to get outside for my workout if the weather is cooperating.

How are you getting movement in for today? As long as you are purposefully moving your body, it’s a win.

1.6 miles today! At a slower pace.

I feel like morning exercisers are built different. I used to be able to pop right out of bed and do stuff but after some health things I have to sorta gradually get more vertical and it makes morning the least appealing time to exercise for me. Power to the people it works for, though!

Malia I hope you enjoy your walking pad!

I love the ‘mid-day sparkle’ ~ we all must implement!
