I won't make it this time around, but not disheartened as I've been the most active I have been for quite some time. So "fat and fit". Next 30 days will be focussed on what I eat.

I've finally learned that I cant exercise away too many calories. If I eat 600 too many then exercise 600 cal - it doesn't help. Now, my focus is calories first, exercise second and finally the pounds are finally starting to go!
