Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've been doing 6+ miles/day of walking this week, with the finish line in sight. Today felt like the victory lap :^) Pandora's Pop Fitness Radio channel kept the boredom away and kept me moving at a pretty fast pace. I tried several of Pandora's workout channels and liked Pop Fitness the best for its pace and enjoyment. I also found a few internet radio channels on TuneIn for Android that worked well to keep the legs pumping.
