How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I didn't meet my goal, 2 lbs away. But I gained muscle and was able to begin my goal of running to my new job daily from my house! 4-5 miles a day m-f!!! That's a total win.

Oh yeah! And I started an office 30 day strength push up and ab/squat challenge for October. The part I love best is motivating others who also help me stick with it!

I get so sentimental reading all these wonderful comments and your stories. Thank you everyone for sharing your journeys and support, I am so proud of our group. Melissa you are such an inspiration to me, thank you for being such an awesome coach and doing this challenge. Oh yes and kicking my butt with your amazing workouts. Although I didn't meet my goal, I do feel stronger after all those workouts. Plus, I started easing myself into running last week which I have been wanting to do for months and I decided to just go for it. Congratulations everyone for all the hard work!

I didn't lose enough. 5lbs... but I still could be more strick and cut out alcohol but I lost two inches on my waist and one on my hips.. thank you Melissa. I sure look silly jumping around but you also taught my two yr old daughter how to count to 10. She watched me for the last month and learned to count... nothing like counting reps thank you and I look forward in winning money next time...
