How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

My Most Recent Status Update:such sadness, went to McDonalds for a cheat day, after a month away. Looking forward to fries and a coke but they tasted terrible. I no longer enjoy the taste and now feel sick after the few bites I had.

Mariewhit for some reason my reply to you won't post - How long will you be gone? I would say if you would get something out of the time you will be here in May then join (how long will you be here?) otherwise wait - it is such a personal decision. If you go a few weeks without us, the danger is sliding backwards and losing focus (perhaps?)....

Hi Marcie! Yeah, backsliding is a fear of mine, but I've planned a lot of activities on my trip and will try not to indulge too much!y vacation is May 17-June 2.

Quick question - I'll be in Ireland from mid May to early June and I want to know if I should join the next FW or wait until the one in June? I'm not sure if I'll be back in time to weigh out and probably won't be online to get my FW fix. Thanks for your help!

Wow congratulations guys! Great job this month. Marcie reached her all time low weight. A bunch of you made it that don't that often. All of you did so well. Total of 367 lbs lost among 69 players. Great job by any one that lost any pounds this month. Awesome! Really well done!

They don't really announce it in the traditional sense - they send the winners an email and you can see who made 100% on the players page.

Happy dance: 225 miles for the month!!! Can't believe it!! :-)
That is my second best month since I started counting a few years ago and my best month after getting pretty sick 4 years ago. I'm pacing myself but I'm getting better!!
So if you have any current issues: Just keep at it.

Never. Back. Down.
Keep pushing forward.

Eventually, something will change for the better, sometimes the body just needs a few extra months (or years) ;-)
It's still a work in progress but I'm still here, so I will keep going. Hope I can inspire you to do the same. If even I can do it, you can do it!
