How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hello Everyone! Question: Does anyone have this type of scale? If anyone does, do you find it reliable? I own one, but I find it giving me different weight numbers. If I weight myself now and then wait at least one or two minutes and weight myself again, it will give me a totally different number. Thank you all! :-)

Yes, I have the same scale and I lose and gain a couple ounces per second! LOL. I just have my camera ready and try and catch it at the lowest! LOL

LOL Linda F., I know that feeling. Last night I searched on Youtube on how to calibrate it. The guy actually put a 10 lb dumbbell on it and it gave him the exact weight. I don't have a one 10 lb dumbbell so I put two 5 lb dumbbells (one on each side) and at first it gave me the 10 lbs and after 1 min, I tried it again and it gave me 9.2 lbs (the same this morning). I searched for some reviews (all with the same issue as me) and I read a response from the company that said to wait at least 5 mins b4 weighing again. I'm going to give it a try and see if it's true. :-)
