For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I had an awesome vacation and while I stayed active and ran several miles I ate out often and went a bit overboard on treats some day. One visit to a Chinese food place was probably 2 days of calories. I hadn't had any alcohol in months and have been strict with my calorie counting but a weekend away and a visit to a few micro breweries and I definetly overdid it on the carbs. To top it off I got a chest cold and ear infection. Feeling like I'm almost well. My weight is up but I went back to work today back on my schedule and my regular workouts. Got in my daily run today.
