Bye everyone! I'm going to miss the daily accountability. I seem to go right back to too many treats after a game is finally over. ....how can I find that same drive whether I'm on a bet or not? I've been doing them all year and have got to figure out a way to be on point without the bet over my head. Need to find my own determination from within. Anyone else have this problem? ?

I definitely have this problem. I've lost about 10% total in the 6 months I've been doing bets, but always make my 4% for the month and then gain half or more back in between.
I think I need to try a transformer, but it's a big commitment.
