I'm thinking of skipping my dance class today and going to the gym instead for half an hour of cardio, then a walk in the park with my dogs:). I'm excited because I did this!!! My goal weight has been on my mind for two years, and it was seeming impossible when all my attempts failed. I've done it with money being the motivation. I drank water, moved a little more, kept my protein up, and ate big plates of veggies. I also started eating Nutella this month which I know is a big no no, but even so, replacing my Pb with Nutella a few times a week was a fun treat that didn't effect my calorie intake. It was fun.
