NSV for the week, when I saw my mom yesterday she commented on how great I look and asked how much I have lost. I am BARELY making my bet goal, so I really haven't lost very much at all. BUT yesterday was the first day since Easter that I haven't done some type of exercise so that makes me super motivated to keep going to the gym. And it makes me even more motivated to stop eating crap regularly and excusing it because I go to the gym. I know I can't out exercise a bad diet, so if people are seeing results from working out and a so so diet, how amazing would my results be if I actually got my eating together??
