  • Hey! I need help figuring out what to do…. On Thursday March 5th I ruptured my Achilles tendon… after several appts, MRI etc, I have my surgery scheduled for this Friday, the 13th. I cannot stand on my foot, I cannot weigh myself, I cannot exercise, walk or really do anything but ice and elevate my foot so the inflammation goes down for the surgery. I have to be very immobile 2 weeks after surgery as well and then I will start aggressive PT whenever they clear me and wound is healing well…. Could be 4-6 weeks post op….

    I’m not really going to be dieting or exercising so I want to know how I can cancel this game/(

Hey guys! Can admin help me double check if I’m indeed in the drawing for this portable Bluetooth speaker please? I have submitted my official weigh-in as of this morning, but when I went to submit my progress weigh-in via membership it was saying it was already done. Just want to make sure I’m not missing and that they’re somehow using my official weigh-in for the progress one as well, I’m assuming?

  • Hey everyone! I’m excited to start this game! I’m trying to lose 30-35 pounds while also adding a lot of muscle mass, getting fit and toned! I need accountability and community!!! My main focus is on what I eat now because I have been so bad since Thanksgiving (“it’s just today… tomorrow I’ll be back to my healthy lifestyle” cheating mentality that took me down a slippery slope…. who can relate?!!:)

    Anyway, I already do barre and Pilates 3-4 times per week, but I guess that is not helping me build muscle so I’m going to add strength training now. Weights and HIT… Any piece of advice for a beginner doing strength training is welcome! I don’t want to injure myself but I am interested in maximizing my time meaning structuring it in such a way that I gain muscle and do enough reps and sets. I just don’t know how!

Its so easy to do if you let your guard down! We build healthy habits but they slip away so easily! I want to lose about 20-25 lbs. I think after this 6 month diet bet, I need to take part in those "maintenance" bets! Because I clearly need to be accountable to someone other than myself. Lol
