- The heat/humidity is so cruel. The fact that I am still so sensitive to it serves as an ugly reminder that I still have a long way to go on my health/wellness journey. I went out for what was supposed to be an 8-mile jog, but the heat broke me at 6 miles.

I have officially lost 80 pounds. Today I was 170.9. It’s been very slow, but steady. In the last 3 months I’ve lost 6 pounds. Averaging 8oz. a week is tiny, but it adds up. I’m still about 5 pounds above the “healthy” BMI weight range and I’m just fine if I never make that. I’m just so much more comfortable and happy at this size.
I went from XXL (18-20) and now I’m an XL (14-16) in pants/skirt and L (12-14) in tops. I absolutely love having so many more choices for clothes!
I haven’t made the monthly goals, but I’m still hopeful for our final July weigh in.

I just got back from a 7 day cruise. I didn’t track my macros. I didn’t have a scale. I tried a lot but didn’t finish my dinner or desserts that were served to me and I lost .3. It’s not much but it’s not a gain so I’m happy. I’m at goal for this diet bet amazingly I have another 6 month coming up in June but my losses are slowing so I’m nervous for that one. I still have a lot to lose though. It might just be a small stall. Hopefully it picks back up.

Why the weigh in don't start at 00:00 1. of February? Waited for ist because in Germany it's already 9 am and I won't eat before weigh in 😭😭😭😭
