I was 300 when I had my bypass 16 yrs ago. Ended up losing 150 then got pregnant and gained 30 for the pregnancy thinking it would fall right back off...not...then I gained another 40 over the years and ready to get back down again. My 18yo daughter hit 315 and I just wanted to cry for her. It's so hard to convince kids that they need to watch what they eat and what proper portions are. She's working on it but struggling and I have a really hard time trying to convince her she can do it.
