- Today I'll share my alltime favourite overnight oats recipe with you

500 ml oat milk
250 g fruit porridge and fine oat flakes
1 spoon crushed linseed
1 spoon Chia seeds
Cranberries
Honey
Spices (cinneamon, cloves, cardamom..)
Mix everything together and put it into the fridge for the night - enjoy in the mornings
I use it also to have something healthy but sweet when cravings get difficult. Also it keeps hungry feelings away for hours!!
