- Today I made my first comparison in the same clothes. And I wanna thank you all, that this is such a save space for me that I post this. It isnot much of a difference but more than I thought. 8kg down. And I started with Yoga again. At the moment only relaxing stuff to get some energy back. But at least I am doing sports again.
Also I have a walking pad and plan on starting with half an hour while working.
So after almost 4 month I am still on this journey ???????????? That already is a win for me.

I think this is a fantastic reminder at this point in the game. This is the time when things get a bit more difficult. It's been a few months, life has it's ups and downs, and it's easy to lose sight of that excitement or to get discouraged.
Please think back to how you felt before you joined this game. What are some things you can celebrate about the person you are today versus the person you were in December?

Hey guys I'm joining because I have been doing so good this year and this last month I really fell off the bandwagon. Luckily only gained about 7 lbs back but still not good. so iam looking to get a Kickstart as starting over and staying on it I feel like this will be my motivation to get back on track

How is everbody doing. I hit a little plateau and my monthly is on the way. So I signed a Kickstarter again to get it going again. I gained like 2kg but the most will be water. So if I have a good week I think I should be able to loose 2kg.
What I wonder: Did anyone do another 6 months directly after one? For me it sounds hard to do the 3% again in the first 2 rounds. But on the other hand for me it would be below 3kg so, it should be possible.
