- I just had a delicious meal after my weightlifting class - mostly left overs from last week. I ate the banana while I was preparing everything else. :-). I like to treat myself to a drink and egg bites at Starbucks about once per week and was going to today, but decided with so many yummy and healthier leftovers at home I should do that instead. This was about the same calories but so much more filling.
