How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

This is going to take me all the way up to cutoff i think. And probably a long fast which I've always wanted to try but haven't had the willpower to make it longer than 18 hrs. I know this isn't the way to "lose" weight but it's supposed to be healthy and aid longevity which is why i want to give it a try. Has anyone tried a longer fast?

Also, I’ll add that it’s the health benefits that attracted me to longer fasts, as well! Before I knew the benefits I could never make it through an entire day of fasting but the time I put into seeking out all the potential benefits really helped excite and inspire me to push! I’d recommend looking into Dr Mindy Pelz, (fast like a girl). I first heard of her through Diary of a CEO podcast interview. Then I was really interested and started finding all the credible info I could and researched what some other experts had to say.. Fascinating, to me!
