How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I just had a delicious meal after my weightlifting class - mostly left overs from last week. I ate the banana while I was preparing everything else. :-). I like to treat myself to a drink and egg bites at Starbucks about once per week and was going to today, but decided with so many yummy and healthier leftovers at home I should do that instead. This was about the same calories but so much more filling.

Maebell’s Marry Me Chicken Soup - I doubled everything but the chicken to get more broth: https://www.maebells.com/marry-me-chicken-soup/

Dilled Carrots - next time I’d reduce the fresh dill - they’re a little spicier than I expected. 😊. https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/87694/maple-dill-carrots/
