Thats a really moving post. I think self-sabotage is the biggest reason for set-backs (not just for diets too!), but we all do it. You just have to keep on trucking through the bad times, and enjoy the good times!

I definitely know the feeling! It feels AMAZING to lose the weight, but it can creep back up on so quickly! Losing weight is tough -- gaining it back is so easy. I'm glad that you're committing yourself and starting to make the changes so you can be feeling healthier again. You've got this! :-)
