This bet made me step my game up, keep accountable when it got tough, plus reach my 300lb goal again - so thank you all for having my back! I try my best to be a good host & help everyone - but you guys have no idea how much you help me! Thank you for being here and for making it another great month!     - You have until Tuesday March 5th @ 11:59PST to submit your final weight. If you have any problems finding the weigh in word or with your final weigh in please email support@dietbet.com and they can help you!

Good Monday morning all! I’m starting this final week off a little fluffy this morning lol. Had some pizza Friday and did a little snacking last night with the wifey while we watched the walking dead. Not worried or scared at all. I enjoyed life a bit and now I’m back on my grind today! 💪 the focus today will be to get a gallon of water in me and get a nice sweaty cardio session in after my workout to help push out all the excess water and sodium. Definitely 100 percent will be joining another game. Another game will add a new challenge for me. These first couple months to start the year are always going to be a bit easier to lose weight because for me personally it’s a lot of water weight and bloat from the holidays. Now that all of that is off of me now will be the true test of losing some more body fat and tightening up trouble some areas. I hope you all have a great day and I hope to see all of you next month! 💪

  • Mid week/game check in! Got my workout in this morning and had a good healthy pork roast for dinner with the hubby that we loaded with veggies & cooked in the oven! I don’t know what to do.
I’m honestly not really hungry a lot of the time I eat. At dinner with me kids I don’t want to eat all tht I do but I am
Bored. Then after dinner I love watching a show by myself and eating air popped popcorn and having a tequila shot with crystal lite slushie- again not hungry but the act of chewing and eating is comforting and a habit. It’s not a ton of calories but it’s still some and more importantly, I feel gross and want yo break this habit gum doesn’t do the trick.
Any ideas for breaking the habit? And dealing with dinner and eating when I’m
Not hungry but just bored?

Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.

I had an undiagnosed illness for a couple of years and was inactive. Now that it's a known illness and I'm getting treatment, although there is no cure. I am working on strengthening my core and increasing my upper body strength, but it's slow going.
