Same! I'm concerned I won't make this next weigh in but every time I start to question whether what I'm doing is still working, I just stick to it and sure enough... a few days later, more weight falls off me!

Yeah.. Im hovering around the same weight for two weeks now.. and it’s so frustrating.. but I’ll keep on going!

I wanted to measure myself at the beginning of this challenge but I was afraid to see the numbers. Now I'm wishing I would have because I can already feel clothing fitting a little differently.

What's the one thing that you know you have to do for sustainable wait loss. For me it's about moving in the morning and having the right breakfast - a lot vegetables (today it's leeks, mushrooms, and spinach) and soft scrambled eggs in side a fajita size wheat tortilla is the right amount of food that keeps me going until lunch and post workout protein. These are my too most important habits.
