Day 10: watch a YouTube vid on nutrition or fitness
Day 9: use massage gun for 15 mins on sore muscles
Day 8: Avoid alcohol
Day 7: Weigh in every morning before eating
Day 6: Electrolyte drink with exercise
Day 5: Read for 20 mins a day
Day 4: 50 grams of protein within 30 mins of waking up.
Day 3: Elevated heart rate for 30 mins or more.
Day 2: Consistent sleep: Bed at ten and in it for at least 7 hours
Day 1: Drink half my body weight in ounces of water.
