Running out of ideas?!

Continuing my 28 daily habits that directly or indirectly impact my overall health.

Day 10: watch a YouTube vid on nutrition or fitness
Day 9: use massage gun for 15 mins on sore muscles
Day 8: Avoid alcohol
Day 7: Weigh in every morning before eating
Day 6: Electrolyte drink with exercise
Day 5: Read for 20 mins a day
Day 4: 50 grams of protein within 30 mins of waking up.
Day 3: Elevated heart rate for 30 mins or more.
Day 2: Consistent sleep: Bed at ten and in it for at least 7 hours
Day 1: Drink half my body weight in ounces of water.

Hello! Excited to try out this incentive to lose the last bit of baby weight from my 4th baby. Her first birthday is in 2 weeks so it’s time :) I feel a little silly joining just because I am in the health and wellness field but even folks like us need some motivation too 😏 I have always been GREAT at maintaining and not so great at losing 😂 Being super restrictive and a stickler about food when it comes to losing weight has really only worked for me once in my life and so I’m really going to focus on lots of ‘better’ choices instead of always going for absolute best…cause it will eliminate the while ‘oh I messed up so I will just start tomorrow’ deal. Excited to get started!
