Hello! Excited to try out this incentive to lose the last bit of baby weight from my 4th baby. Her first birthday is in 2 weeks so itā€™s time :) I feel a little silly joining just because I am in the health and wellness field but even folks like us need some motivation too šŸ˜ I have always been GREAT at maintaining and not so great at losing šŸ˜‚ Being super restrictive and a stickler about food when it comes to losing weight has really only worked for me once in my life and so Iā€™m really going to focus on lots of ā€˜betterā€™ choices instead of always going for absolute bestā€¦cause it will eliminate the while ā€˜oh I messed up so I will just start tomorrowā€™ deal. Excited to get started!

I am 59 years old and battling my weight most of my adult life. I lost 80 pounds about 10 years ago and slowly regained it back over the years.
I have followed Brittany since day 1 in the instant pot group when she was doing the weekly meal plans. Bought all her books as they came out. Love the recipes.
I have gotten away from eating healthy in last few years and want to get back in the groove of eating healthy.
My biggest issue is after work for those 3 hours before dinner. I binge eat! If it is there I eat it! I eat it all! Itā€™s insane. Like I have no control. I am hoping that this diet bet will help me gain control over my eating habits and on the road to being healthy again.

I snack on fruit. Not as low cal as veggies but better than other calorie dense snacks.
