I am 59 years old and battling my weight most of my adult life. I lost 80 pounds about 10 years ago and slowly regained it back over the years.
I have followed Brittany since day 1 in the instant pot group when she was doing the weekly meal plans. Bought all her books as they came out. Love the recipes.
I have gotten away from eating healthy in last few years and want to get back in the groove of eating healthy.
My biggest issue is after work for those 3 hours before dinner. I binge eat! If it is there I eat it! I eat it all! It’s insane. Like I have no control. I am hoping that this diet bet will help me gain control over my eating habits and on the road to being healthy again.
