10.6lbs lost, 100% to goal! Fantastic 😎 not sure if I want to subject myself to the pressure again to keep losing this quickly so I might skip the next game. Congrats everyone! Even if you didn’t reach your goal, the biggest accomplishment is always showing up for yourself and trying your best!

Great job! Yep it is a lot of pressure especially if you are doing multiple dietbets in a row. I'd say if you need a small time off, take it or if you are towards the end of your journey maybe you dont have 4% to lose. Take a small time off but then hop back in and crush it until you meet your goal!

Sometimes it's really hard to sit at office desk allllllll day! I want to be moving! I have a yoga app and I do stretching at my desk ha ha 😂

Could you get a standing desk or a walk pad under your desk? Not sure if you’re in a private office or not.

I have a standup desk and a little walking bad and I do 2 or 3 walks a day while I work. It’s not fast or anything as I usually stay under a 3.0 speed but it helps keep me active throughout the day!

I started my journey February 14th and have officially hit 30lbs lost (which also puts me at 100% of my goal for the 4% diet bet!!)

I am loving this journey and can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a few more months!

Anyone continuing after this bet? I'll be 10 pounds from my short term goal at the end of this one, so I want to jump right in. I think I'm going to join Fatgirlfedup(Lexi) on the 24th so I won't have and lag time. I also think the host will be a little more active, not much, but some. lol

Gemma, there isn't as much of a variety as before, very true. We have the Waybetter hosts which is fine. I like the ones that have a bonus added to the pot. There is one that starts on the 22nd. Lexi's has more players and is 2 days later on the 24th, I think I'm joining that one.

Gotta lose 4lbs to hit the goal. I’ve been sitting around in the same weight for a week and a half so I’m going to up my water and protein and increase my exercise a bit ◡̈ but it’s okay if I don’t hit the goal, my main objective is to stay consistent!! 😄
