I don't think I have any hope of making it this round. I've been really consistent all week working out and eating and the scale only moves up. It's so frustrating to not understand the water weight changes.

My scale plays those tricks on me too. Stay consistent and it'll keep trending down even if you get the smalls ups occasionally.
