Post-cruise results are in, up 2 lbs (mid-day) from when I left (morning). Not bad! But that means I do need to pray that some of it is water weight and falls off this week before the weigh in. I wasn't super strict on the cruise, opted-in on the after dinner ice cream and hot chocolate. Had half a roll the entire cruise, and I love bread so that was a sacrifice, and had kids fruit for dessert each night at dinner. Oh and for breakfast I always at a huge bowl of fruit and eggs. For lunch everyday i splurged on the best burgers and paninis I could find... with fries one day. Thanks for all the encouragement!
