Been down with an awful virus of some kind since Sunday (massive headache, chills, fever, body aches). Tested negative for everything. Haven’t eaten a thing since then. Not the weight loss I was aiming for 😆

    I love to see everyone helping each other in this game! While I’m here and will always answer questions, every question I’ve seen has already been answered by other amazing players! Thank you!

    On to today’s theme:workouts! What do you prefer, mornings or evenings? Personally, I’m a morning girl. If I try to do it in the evening, it ends up being a mess with kid stuff, dinner, and family time. But mornings I can do before the chaos of the day has started.

Mornings! I wake up at 4AM to work out at 4:30 M-F. So much easier to get it out of the way nice and early!

Anyone else doing the Step Bet with this challenge? Back to a work schedule and using the week to figure out the best workout schedule to meet the steps and journaling my eating so I can be successful with both!

I’m not in the actual challenge but I always aim for a minimum of 10,000 exercise steps (not random steps just walking around the house) per day.
