First week went great! I have to lose 10.5 lbs to meet the 4% lost. I am at 6.4 but I have been at a standstill for four days :( the last four days I have been gaining and losing the same .4 lbs ? I sure hope the scale starts to move soon! Good luck everyone!

  • Today we're giving a little love to one of the most versatile foods around: eggs. They're packed with protein and can work for just about any meal of the day.

    So….have an egg (or 3) today! Need some inspiration? Here are a few ideas:
    Breakfast
    Veggie omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and feta
    Egg muffins
    Toast topped with two eggs
    Greek yogurt with a hard-boiled egg on the side

    Lunch
    Egg salad lettuce wraps
    Charcuterie with hard-boiled eggs, turkey, veggies, fruit, and cheese
    Cobb salad

    Dinner
    Veggie frittata with a side salad
    Stir-fry topped with a fried egg
    Egg roll in a bowl with scrambled eggs mixed in for extra protein

I mix eggs, pink salt, and garlic powder and pour into my waffle maker and then add spinach leaves into it and cook it! I top with a little bit of salsa!

Or I use my immersion blender to blend up broccoli into my egg mixture and pour into waffle maker. Top with a little salsa!

I use margaritas amigos mild salsa because it doesn’t have any added sugar in it..or jalapeños!

1 egg, 1/2 eggs white, 3 turkey sausages diced, & spinach - all scrambled together. High in protein, low carbs :yum:
