My weigh in hasn’t been finalized yet, but I gotta say this was the hardest diet bet I have done so far. I feel very proud of myself for coming this far and I’m ecstatic to see a number I haven’t seen on the scale in about 15 years

  • How’s everyone doing? I got off to a rocky start, but I’ve been making good progress this week. jalapeno hummus tastes so good it feels like I shouldnt be eating it, but it’s actually super healthy! I love spreading it on sourdough toast and loading Romaine lettuce on top.

  • One of my goals is to eat higher protein and fiber breakfasts. This 1-minute oatmeal does the trick! I crumble pecan halves into the water as it comes to a boil. Then when it’s done I add chia seeds, peanut butter, pumpkin pie seasoning, dash of salt. Then top with fresh blueberries. I typically don’t like oatmeal but making it this way is pretty good!

This was extremely tough, but I did it! Made it by .2 lbs! Phew! I’m so close to my overall goal weight!
