- My first few pounds came off with little effort. It was more of a mental exercise than a physical exercise. The next few pounds are going to be a little more difficult though I think. My goal for this week is to stay on my feet throughout the day as much as possible. It’s those moments when I’m sitting down scrolling on my phone where I get into the most trouble with snacking. So when I get home from work, which is a job I’m already standing for the whole time, I plan to do yardwork and housework and just to be more productive overall! Hopefully by the end of the day, I will be too tired to stay up long enough to convince myself that I need to eat something else! Here’s a photo of one of my healthy meals. It’s a cheeseburger salad with thousand Island dressing! Low carb, high protein, and the dressing gives it a lot of flavor!
