  • Another day! Stayed within my calories light meals because I did not feel like cooking. Did not workout today, was not feeling good this morning. Tomorrow is a new day.

  • For the most part, today was a good day. I under ate because I woke up late. Plan is to wake up earlier tomorrow. I went on a 45 min walk and did 45 min cardio workouy at the gym. Hope you are all doing well and kicking ass.

I am annoyed that I have only lost 5 ish pounds since the start of this challenge. I have not been consistent nor disciplined. I have decided to post every day on this platform and to stay committed and accountable.

My plan is, since I am currently not working a full time job, workout for 45 minutes twice a day; limit, not eliminate carbs (sticking to good carbs), stay away from sat fat, limit sugar; and limit alcohol to once a week only 12 oz. Calorie intake will be between 1,500 to 2,000. Drink a gallon of water everyday. I will post a photo of my food everyday and confirm that I have done the workouts. Let's see what happens this month.

Wish me luck! I really need this transformation.

Consistency is better than big changes that don’t last. Pick a few of those goals to start and get really consistent with them!

I’ve had a tough month. Lost my dad February 12 and really went off the rails on food choices. Actually gained weight in February and I’m so discouraged and disappointed in myself! I’m going to have to REALLY be disciplined and focused this month to catch back up. I know good choices and self discipline are the keys to getting back on track but it’s sooooo hard to get outta this rut I’ve dug for myself. Any suggestions are most definitely welcome!

Newest morning routine. 6 am, waking the kids up to go to the (home)gym. They're young. 6 and 8. They do sports already but need help progressing. Enter, daily gym. Good for them and good for me, because I'm doing an extra workout with them and doing stuff together as a family.

They didn't want to wake up a little earlier (usually up at 630 anyways) to get an hour in, but I bribed them with $30/month each. They're happy to make money for their banks.

  • Day 6: I finished the week strong. I did all 10 of my daily goals for the 2nd time. This is a real achievement for me. I'm feeling good. Since tomorrow is technically my full week date, ill be submitting my weight. I never weigh myself more than once per week. Weight fluctuates so much, it can be disheartening to see it go up or down really slowly. This is true even when I know I'm doing good work. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress. I've received a lot of positive feedback and love on my journey....from my cat. 😄
