For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Day 6: I finished the week strong. I did all 10 of my daily goals for the 2nd time. This is a real achievement for me. I'm feeling good. Since tomorrow is technically my full week date, ill be submitting my weight. I never weigh myself more than once per week. Weight fluctuates so much, it can be disheartening to see it go up or down really slowly. This is true even when I know I'm doing good work. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress. I've received a lot of positive feedback and love on my journey....from my cat. 😄
