So true... and so hard to do. Especially after you get good at hiding from yourself how stressed out you are... Sounds like you are on your way, you made some necessary changes and it's paying off. Thanks for sharing, very motivating! These things take time, but posts like yours remind me that it is possible, as long as I keep starting over, doing the work.

Great blog! I like your line that we aren't "losing baby weight we're losing baggage". So true. I'm such an emotional eater and what you've written is helping me take a deeper look at that.
