How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Fast forward two years later, not only have I gained all the weight back but then some. Now I weigh 188 😢Three months after our wedding my mom had a brain aneurysm, seven months after our wedding my husband was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, I started a new desk job and stopped exercising and now I feel absolutely horrible about what I’ve done to myself; my physical body, my emotional health and my mental health.
