Hey everybody going on a camping trip this coming weekend which we don't do a lot so it's not like I have this problem every weekend but once a year all of my family gets together for a big trip and I'm just looking for any ideas I really would like to indulge on a few things and with a diet that I'm nervous like going strictly from eating burgers to having say a turkey burger no bun is going to be hard do I just allow myself the regular burger on a bun and try to not have as many sweets like any tips would be great should I be feeling guilty that I want to have a regular burger on my annual camping trip

I say eat what you want, but limit the portion of the not so good food, like just half the burger, and then have it with a salad. Its very hard for me to eat my prepped meal in those situations.. and this always works for me .

I thought I would just die having a burger without the bun let alone passing on the regular hamburger for a chicken burger. But I tried it and loved it. Also found I didn't feel crappy afterwards. Take the time to make your healthy meals pretty. Sounds weird but beautiful food tastes better and makes everyone else wish they'd had what you did. If you do indulge...take your time in eating. Small bites. Small portions. Enjoy the flavor. You'll realize you are satisfied and not want to over do it. Stay active and enjoy your trip.
