How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Non-scale victory, I’m down 20 pounds since 5/31/2018, 4.4 pounds away from my diet bet goal. I am starting to love seeing my face lean out. It’s brought back my smile. Not even a year ago I was well over 300lbs. My guess is 320, but I was afraid of the scale back then so I really don’t know what my highest was. 248.4 today for my progress weigh in and feeling good to be on the bottom half of the 200s for the first time in years. This journey has brought me not only more healthy food and fitness habits, but it’s brought my smile back. That that is a NSV for sure!
