How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • WELCOME EVERYONE! To start our game off I want to go ahead and challenge you to stay hydrated! Water is so important for weight loss and can even help you lose weight! I challenge you to drink a gallon a day and let us know below when you reach your goal daily!

I asked basically the same question but no answers~I’ve always heard (and friends in the medical field confirmed this) that you should drink in ounces, half your body weight. For me currently, that measures out to somewhere between 85-90 ounces a day. My problem with a gallon goal is that my extremely busy job doesn’t allow for that many bathroom breaks!

The "drink until your pee is clear" is not healthy. You flush out too many electrolytes and vital nutrients. I sip water all day because I am thirsty and hot all day. Now if I get in a quart or 2 quarts depends on how thirsty I am. My job allows for unlimited bathroom breaks, but also allows for a nice 30-minute walk after lunch. :)
