How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I wanted to chat a bit about emotional eating. I personally eat for nearly every emotion. Bored? I snack. Sad? I gorge. Excited? I got out to eat. Etc. Eating used to be my answer for any range of feelings. So I wanted y’all to look at your eating habits. Are your emotions controlling when you eat or are your bodily needs controlling when you eat. Try to get in a schedule for when you can have snacks and meals. It’ll help to curb those emotional cravings!

I am a terrible emotional eater. While I've cut down on it quite a bit, I have just changed my snacks for when I need to snack.

I now have light popcorn, frozen grapes or even just crushed ice.
