How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I'm 4 months pp, had my baby boy in September. I lost most of my baby weight in first 6 weeks but now leveled off a lot. Can't seem to get past the last few pounds even with breastfeeding. I'm staying steady but that's about it. Trying to increase activity with walking and trying to do better with eating, but it's tough.

Totally forgot to introduce myself.
Hi! I’m Sarah, I’m 26 and I have two kids. My daughter is 2.5 years old and I have a 3 month old son. Prebabies, I was 45kg (but unhealthy! I suffered with an ED). My goal is to get back to a healthy 50kg for my height, by eating the right foods and doing moderate everyday exercises such as going for walks with my kids. So far this year I have lost 3kg, and I’m 6.2kg away from my goal.
