I need input please. I have been in Lexi’ DBs since last June. I’ve lost a total of 102 lbs. 50 of it since June. I’ve been bouncing within 5 lbs , 169-173 since December. I haven’t won a DB for awhile. I’m by no means unhappy because I have been able to stay pretty much where I am, not gain like I would have in past. However, I’m not sure if my body has decided that’s it folks. Or what? I’m 5’4” and 52 years old. I’m not sure what my goal should be. The charts say like 123. There is no way! So would it be better for me to do s transformer or just continue with kickstarters? How do I know what my goal is?

150 is my goal but I'm 5'2" I mean, do you feel happy with where you are healthwise? You might feel and look fine. Honestly I'd take a DB break but if you're not already doing this I'd weightlift. It will help burn off any extra fat and it will make you look leaner AND I think it's the most important exercise you can do. 123 is from the bmi chart which is insane! Basically every athlete shows up as obese on the bmi scale due to their muscles.
