How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Ugh, I know I hit my goal, got on the scale again this am just to double check the accuracy and it fluctuated by pounds in minutes

My only advice is invest in a better set of scales. This used to happen to me when I used a $10 set of scales (fluctuated 2-3 pounds every time I stepped on the scales even if it was just seconds apart). Upgraded to a $70 set of scales and they’re consistently accurate to .1 lb every time

Put a 3x3’ piece of plywood under it. Sounds like your floor is uneven. This fixed my problem! And I have a new Bluetooth scale. More than likely it’s your floor.
