How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I hope no one is offended by the photo, but I wish I would have listened to my body 25 years ago! It's been screaming so loud it's hoarse!

My body was screaming... loudly. I just finished (successfully) 2 Kickstarters and. Now I’m ready to go even further. Before I started I couldn’t walk without support because of pain. Four weeks later and I never use the crutch at home and even went out the other day without it. I can’t believe I let my weight get that out of control. I’ve started with some gentle yoga and hoping to soon be able to add short walks or other exercise to my routine. I actually caught myself dancing while cooking the other day and that hasn’t happened in like 6 months.

No offense taken. Valuable message
