  • HEY EVERYONE!

    Okay I'm obsessed with the responses for this challenge, you guys are killing it! Way better than I ever anticipated.

    I wanted to share this tip with you guys because its been an absolute game changer for me. Whenever i make a large amount of food or even meat or anything... before i even take one bite i portion it out. I tend to like to lie to myself and those calories add up FAST! Every when its healthy things like fruit or chicken.

    So for example I sometimes buy the rotisserie chickens from costco and When i get home i break off all the chicken and portion it into containers for 125g each otherwise i'll just stick my face in the fridge and snack on it all day.

    I do this with fruit and other large meals like lasagna etc.

    I highly recommend trying it out!!!!
