How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m struggling with the food options at camp so far :( The only vegetable option is a salad bar (which I’m already getting tired of) and the main meal options are all high calorie & high carb! (I.e. yesterday breakfast was French toast with sausage, lunch was sloppy joe with French fries, and dinner was just pizza) This is the first time I’ve actually been worried about this DietBet!

Camp is 7 weeks, just started yesterday. I’m gonna try asking the staff if they have other options in the back because their vegetarian options are pasta daily or the salad bar but I know there’s a vegan counselor who gets some special stuff. Water and extra steps are a daily but my weight has gone up if anything so I’m just trying to find some momentum instead of letting it drag me down :(

First of all you've got this. Second, if you are keto this is totally workable, if you are not keto, you could always consider switching! Best part? Once in ketosis you can fast prey easily, so you can skip one of the meals without much trouble!
