NSV! I was able to do a whole minute of planking this morning. When I started this dietbet, I could only do like 10 secs. I feel so much stronger, still I don't think I will win this game. I'm 1-1,5lbs away from my goal, and have been for 2 weeks now. I workout more than an hour every day, 6 days a week. I count my calories and my macros. I often mix up my workouts, I've started IF (16:8) last week. I even had a cheat day, to make the scale move, but nope. Any ideas what else could I do? I'm happy with all the progress I've made, it's just annyoing to be so close to my goal, still not be able to reach it.

Water, water, water- also make sure you are eating enough calories. If your deficit is too much, your body won’t let it go.

I have 3lbs left to lose and I switched from IF (16:8) to IF(18:6) and it's been working! I still eat a clean 1600-1800 calories during my eating window and shifted my eating window from 11am(more like 10:30am LOL) to 5pm. The earlier my dinner time, the better the results.
