This is my first ever diet bet, and I’m looking forward to it! I’ve been lacking in the motivation area recently when it comes to weight loss. I get really excited to do something, and then the passion leaves after a week or two. :/ What are some things you guys do to stay motivated??

Checking in on this app helps me. I try to spend less time on non motivating apps and get on her to be supportive or share what I got going on. Gives me life!

Being on here and being active I've found if I'm not post or reading others and helping when I can then I usually won't win. Also trying to remember what I want to do what my goals are that's helpful.
