I was crazy nervous to suscribe to this dietbet...Dietbets make me anxious and they had a negative impact on my relationship with food. Since following 2B mindset, I've felt so much better and free (while loosing almost 40lbs now!). But when on dietbets, all I think about is that darn number, and loosing more and more. Saying no when I want to say yes, no treats and stressing out when going out. I stopped myself from working out or taking long walks because I know the scale creeps up when I move more.

I decided to register anyway because I'm only a few pounds away from being back in my healthy weight range, and it would be fantastic to have that accomplished by my vacation, which starts on July 19th. I'll try to see the dietbet winnings as a collateral bonus. I'll be working out, walking more, and enjoying a moderate amounts of treats here and there. I'll focus on my efforts and my health (both mental and physical). This dietbet gives me a timeframe to see what happens during 4 week when I do that.

I'll try to turn my fears into faith. 2 bunnies everyday. We'll see what happens.
