How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

←Back to All Activity- This is my first post because I have always been scared and self conscious to post anything about myself or my journey because I felt like a failure. My boyfriend says I have come a long way and I know I have but I still find it hard to give myself credit. Since the start of this journey I am down almost 30 pounds and am extremely proud of myself and happy! I can’t wait to get these pesky last 10-15 off and tone my body. I am happier healthier and more confident then when I started this journey, thank you all for being a constant source of inspiration!
