#TBT I use to find excuses to why i needed to stay home on the couch eating all the junk and drinking all the sugary drinks . I would NEVER touch vegetables and now i Make excuses to why i need to get out and walk or workout and i desire to eat healthy I LIKE VEGGIES!! I stopped fast food and my tastes buds changed. That doesn't mean i don't sometimes desire crap but i remember how gross and dead i feel when i eat it.
