  • Good morning everyone ! This is our morning challenge and it’s all about WATER ! There are SO many benefits to drinking water and it’s such an EASY task. (Easy in terms of effort .. I know a lot of us struggle to get it in). BUT have a large bottle, keep it within arms reach at all times and DRINK UP.
    Please comment your water goal below and check back in before you head to bed and let everyone know if you hit your goal. If you don’t hit your goal comment what you can do differently tomorrow to ensure you do!
