How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I tried Keto for a month, but I've struggled with muscle cramps and feeling weak during exercise.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them.

I'm now going to try a low carb diet. Eating carbs before exercise seems to be a better option.

My experience with keto is that using fat as fuel means you need exercises that are a slow burn, such as walking, nothing with bursts of energy because fat burns slow and long. Carbs are the high burst of energy. Looking into fitness, I was told by keto peeps to eat carbs just a touch before the workout, they fueled the workout then you were back to burning fat for fuel. In theory that's why we have weight, because energy we are intaking has no use so it is stored. Lots of carbs, lots of flashbang energy with nowhere to go equals weight. I mean yes not for everybody that's just me in theory experience. I personally go low carb because I feel better, don't feel restricted and it keeps my bloat down.
