Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I spoke with someone in the group who is down a pound since starting and was feeling a little bummed that she’s not further along in her weight loss progress.

    She knows she’s been indulging too much, especially, on the weekends, but still feels annoyed. I explained to her that whether she hits the 4% goal or not, she’s for sure at a lower weight than she would of been had she not signed up for this. That is always the case.

    Plus, it’s not too late to lose another 1-3/4 pounds before weigh out time. So what’s the plan to make that happen??
